On-Site Management is the most common program and is used by companies that have the following criteria:

1. Their total contingent workforce is more than $5M annually or more than 50 people at any one time
2. The department and skill set requirements are broad in scope.
3. The assignment duration may include day labor, long-term or project based work.
4. There is no personnel and/or commitment to manage the process internally.

Eagle Workforce Management will assign a specific Program Manager to the client's program and will be located at the client's location.
