Remote Management is used by companies that have the following criteria:

1. Their total contingent workforce is less than $5M annually or less than 50 people at any one time
2. The skill sets and assignment duration is typically more than 3 months.
3. There is personnel and/or commitment to manage part of the process internally.

Eagle Workforce Management will assign a specific Program Manager to the client's program and will be located at an Eagle location.
